Brandywine Heights Area School District Activity Fee Guidelines
- The fee applies to Brandywine Heights students in grades 7 – 12 as well as any homeschool,cyber, or cyber charter students participating in our activities.
- The yearly activity fee of sixty dollars ($60), per student, (A $180 maximum per family) will be collected by the first day of practice.
- Students who are enrolled in the free and reduced breakfast/lunch program will have their fee modified as follows: *reduced meal students thirty dollars ($30), *free meal students no charge.
- The fee will apply to all interscholastic athletics at the middle and high school levels. The payment of the fee does not guarantee a student placement on a team nor a specific amount of playing time. Payment of the fee needs to be made prior to trying out for the team or activity. Should the student not be selected to participate in the team or activity, a refund of the fee will be made upon request.
- High school and middle school clubs and other extracurricular activities, grades 7 through 12, for which there is a paid advisor will require the fee for participation. Activities for which there is no paid advisor and therefore has no cost to the district would be exempt from the fee.
- Please submit the payment to the high school Athletic Office. Payment can be made online at myschoolbucks.com or by cash or checks made payable to BHASD.
