Spring 2017 Open Gym Workouts

The boys' basketball program will be conducting open gym workouts for any player currently in grades 8-11 who is looking to improve his skills.  Any athlete who does not have spring sport conflicts is encouraged to attend these workouts.  Workouts will be conducted at the following dates & times:

Wednesday 4/19/17 3:00-5:00 PM
Tuesday 4/25/17 7:00-9:00 PM
Wednesday 4/26/17 3:00-5:00 PM
Tuesday 5/2/17 3:30-5:00 PM
Wednesday 5/3/17 7:00-9:00 PM
Tuesday 5/9/17 3:30-5:00 PM
Wednesday 5/10/17 7:00-9:00 PM
Tuesday 5/16/17 7:00-9:00 PM
Wednesday 5/17/17 3:00-5:00 PM
Tuesday 5/23/17 7:00-9:00 PM
Wednesday 5/24/17 3:00-5:00 PM

The coaching staff feels that these workouts are vital to improvement both for individual players and our team collectively.  Time spent getting better now will pay off during the winter season!  We hope to see many players at these workouts!

FALL OPEN GYM SESSIONS STARTING TUESDAY 9/20/16

The high school boys' basketball program will be holding pre-season open gym workouts starting September 20th and ending the week before the winter sports season officially begins.  Dates and times for workout sessions are as follows (all times listed are PM as workouts will take place during afternoons & evenings):
